Visible has a referral scheme

If you are an active Visible member in the UK or US over the age of 18, you can take part in our referral scheme. You can do so by sharing your unique referral link from inside the Visible app, and doing so will serve as acceptance of these terms.

If you refer a friend to join Visible

When a friend makes their first payment using your unique link, you will receive $20 in membership credits if you are US-based member, or £15 in membership credits if you are UK-based member.

There is no limit to the number of times a referral link can be used. This means you will receive credits for each friend you refer.

Visible will provide a notification via email when your referral link is used for a successful payment, and a membership credit has been applied.

If you’re invited to join Visible

New customers who join Visible using a referral link will receive a $20/£15 discount on their first payment, depending on whether they are based in the US or the UK. This makes starting with Visible more affordable.

Membership credits

Credits earned through referrals are automatically applied to your account, and will offset future membership payments. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are tied to your account.

If you cancel your Visible membership, any unused credits will be lost. If you later decide to rejoin, previously forfeited credits will not be re-applied. There is no expiry date for membership credits.

You can keep track of successful referrals in the Visible app (Profile> Refer a friend) and see applied membership credits, including the amount offset against upcoming payments, in your membership portal (Profile> My account> Manage my membership).

Fraud and abuse

We encourage sharing referral links with your network responsibly. Visible reserves the right to deactivate referral links at its discretion without notice and revoke credits if misuse is detected, such as paying for ads to promote your link or creating fake accounts. Visible may take action to protect the integrity of the scheme.

Changes to the referral scheme

Visible may update or discontinue this referral scheme at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or through the Visible app. If the scheme is ended, any valid credits already on your account remain available for use unless they result from fraudulent activity.

The small print

By taking part, you consent to Visible processing your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

And the last thing from us: English law applies to this referral scheme. Anyone who enters it submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
