No one understands your body better than you do.
That belief shapes how we build. Members help shape the process at every stage, from the problems we choose to solve to the details of how each feature works.
One of the main ways that happens is through the Early Access Hub. This is where members can try features while they’re still in development and tell us what’s working and what isn’t.
How member input shapes a feature
Every feature starts with a question: how could Visible be more helpful?
The answer rarely comes from one place. It emerges from patterns we see across member feedback, app data, scientific research, clinical insight and the experiences of colleagues who live with these conditions.
We bring those perspectives together to decide what to build and how it should work, guided by the latest scientific research. Once we have an early version, members can start trying it through the Early Access Hub.
Members who opt in can use the feature in their daily lives and share feedback. This helps us understand what’s working and what still needs improvement.
We use those insights to refine the feature and release an updated version for further testing. Sometimes the changes are small. Sometimes the idea changes more substantially. We keep repeating that process until we’re confident the feature is ready to become part of Visible.
Nothing graduates from the hub until it has earned its place in your day.
What’s in the Early Access Hub
Availability varies by band, app version and rollout stage. We usually start with smaller groups and expand access as we learn.
Stability score from overnight data
Understanding your health shouldn’t require more time or effort than necessary.
This feature calculates your Stability score from overnight data instead of a morning measurement, so you can get the same information with one less step.

PacePoint summaries
Health data should be as easy as possible to understand. Some members prefer to interpret the numbers themselves, while others find a little more context helpful.
PacePoint summaries add plain-language descriptions of your PacePoints, helping to support more informed pacing decisions.
Activity Monitor
Members told us there were specific activities when they wanted to keep a closer eye on their heart rate, but checking the app wasn’t practical.
The Activity Monitor gives you a larger, glanceable view of your live heart rate that is easier to see from across the room, helping you pace more effectively during those activities.
Over time, we hope this helps you better understand how different activities affect your body, so you can rely less on checking the app.
Sleep tracking
Sleep plays an important role in many complex chronic conditions.
This feature helps you build a clearer picture of your sleep over time and better understand one of the key factors that can influence how you feel.
Try the Early Access Hub

Go to Profile > Early Access Hub in the Visible app.
You’ll see the features currently available to you, along with a short explanation of each one and the option to start testing. You can stop testing an early access feature at any time.
If the hub is empty, check back again soon. We’ll continue adding features as they're ready to try.
Thank you to everyone who has tested a feature and submitted feedback. Your feedback helps shape what Visible becomes next.
Onwards!
